🧘‍♂️ Seniors Stretch Starts This Week! 🧘‍♀️I am pleased to announce the start of our new Seniors Stretch fitness classes!Staying active and moving is one of the best ways to stay healthy, happy, and connected. Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, boost your energy, or just catch up with your fellow community members, these classes are the perfect opportunity.This program is open to all Mendon & Honeoye Falls residents ages 55+. Best of all, it is completely free! And there's no advance commitment required; come to classes when you wish.
