PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of Kevin O’Hara, 54 Ransford Ave, Rochester, NY, for a 2 – lot subdivision and site plan on property located on 1495 West Bloomfield Road, Honeoye Falls, NY, consisting of 10.37 acres.  Tax account no. 223.03-1-44. Zoned RA-5.  SAID HEARING will be held on the 19th day of November 2025, at the Town of Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-7863 for an appointment.  All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
