PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MENDON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 260 of
the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, the public hearing previously scheduled to be
held by the Town of Mendon Zoning Board of Appeals at the Mendon Town Hall, 16
West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, in said town, on Thursday, July 9 th, 2026, at 7:00
p.m., has been rescheduled. The public hearing will now be held on Thursday, August
13 th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in the following
application:
David Emmi, of 2 Parkview Manor, Honeoye Falls, NY, for property located at
3808 Rush Mendon Road, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472, requesting a Review of the Code
Enforcement Officer’s Interpretation of the Ordinance, specifically Chapter 260 – 17
(H), whereas the code states “no site plan preparation or construction shall commence until
site plan approval has been given by the planning board, and permits have been issued by
all governmental agencies involved”. Zoned Business. Tax account no. 216.01-1-10. The
Zoning Board of Appeals will at said time and place hear all persons in support of the
application or in objection thereto. Persons may appear in person or by an agent.
