NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 226 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, a public hearing will be held by the Town of Mendon
Planning Board at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, in said town, on Wednesday, August 19 th , at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing all persons interested in
the following application:

Christopher Costanza, 314 Hollywood Avenue, Rochester NY, for a sketch plan application, to subdivide 39.91 acres into 17 residential building lots on property located on
Mendon Ionia Road. Tax account no. 231.01-1-2.1. Zoned RA – 1. The Planning Board will at said time and place hear all persons in support of the application or in objection thereto. Persons
may appear in person or by an agent.
