TOWN OF MENDON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 260 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, a public hearing will be held by the Town of Mendon
Planning Board at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, in said town, on Wednesday, July 1 st , 2026, at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing all persons interested
in the following application:

Susan Schoff, 50 Buggywhip Trail, Honeoye Falls NY, for a Special Use Permit to operate a stable/riding academy on property located at 54 Buggywhip Trail, consisting of 24.39
acres. Tax account no. 230.02-1-24. Zoned RA-1. The Planning Board will at said time and place hear all persons in support of the application or in objection thereto. Persons may appear in
person or by an agent.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours – please call 624-7863 for an appointment. All interested
parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
