PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MENDON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 226 of the
Town Code of the Town of Mendon, a public hearing will be held by the Town of Mendon
Planning Board at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, in said
town, on Wednesday, March 18 th 2026, at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing all persons
interested in the following application:
John Bonzo, 185 Langpap Road, Honeoye Falls NY, for a 2 – lot subdivision on property
located on 185 Langpap Road, Honeoye Falls, NY, consisting of 20.813 acres. Tax account no.
230.04-1-44. Zoned RA-1. The Planning Board will at said time and place hear all persons in
support of the application or in objection thereto. Persons may appear in person or by an agent.
