NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN OF PUBLIC HEARING

OF THE MENDON FIRE DISTRICT

The proposed 2026 budget of the Mendon Fire District has been completed and is on file at the Mendon Fire House and the Town
of Mendon Clerks office. It is available for review during normal business hours at either location. The budget is also available as
part of the September 11th District Meeting minutes (Appendix D) on the District website: www.mendonfd.org.
The commissioners of the Mendon Fire District will be present the preliminary budget at a public hearing to be held at the Mendon
Fire House Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Said hearing is to begin at 7pm local time. The Mendon Fire House is located at 101
Mendon–Ionia Rd., Mendon New York.
The budget proposed is draft and comments will be considered when the budget is finalized prior to November 4, 2025.
