TOWN OF MENDON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Mendon, Monroe County, New York, at a regular meeting held on September 8, 2025, duly adopted, subject to permissive referendum, a resolution, an abstract of which is as follows:

The Town Board of the Town of Mendon, duly convened in regular session, does hereby resolve pursuant to the provisions of section 6-c of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York to approve the transfer of funds, to purchase a truck for the Highway Department, not to exceed $336,021.00 from NY-01-1255-0010 to account DB5110.2.

This resolution shall be subject to a permissive referendum, as permitted by law.
