NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

LOCAL LAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF MENDON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OVERLAY DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Local Law has been introduced to the Mendon Town Board on July 14, 2025 to amend the Town of Mendon Environmental Protection Overlay District Legislation to Address EPOD #5.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Local Law is on file in the Mendon Town Clerk’s Office at Mendon Town Hall at 16 W Main St., Honeoye Falls, NY, as well as the Town website, where it is available for public inspection.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a Public Hearing upon said Local Law has been scheduled for the 11th day of August, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., to be held by the Mendon Town Board at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 W Main St., Honeoye Falls, NY 14472.  An opportunity to be heard in regards thereto will then and there be given.  Written comments may also be directed to the Mendon Town Clerk at Mendon Town Hall on or before 4:30 PM on the day of the hearing.
