NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 260 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, a public hearing will be held by the Town of Mendon Planning Board at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, in said town, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 7:00 pm for the purpose of hearing all persons interestedcin the following application:
Doug Osovski with Mendon Acres, 4287 Clover Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, for an amendment to an existing Special Use Permit, to construct a second barn for additional storage and retail space. Tax account no. 215.03-1-2.121. Zoned RA-1. The Planning Board will, at said time and place, hear all persons in support of the application or in objection thereto. Persons may appear in person or by an agent.

Mendon Zoning Board of Appeals at the Mendon Town Hall, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, NY, in said town, on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 pm, for the hearing is to hear all persons interested in the following application:
An area variance application by Chris and Amy Lopez, of 176 Taylor Road, Honeoye Falls, NY, for property located at 384 Clover Street, Henrietta, NY 14467,
requesting relief from Chapter 260 – 106 and Chapter 260-8 (C)(3) to construct a carport, with a side setback of 2’6”, whereas code requires a 20-foot side setback, and to
permit accessory structure lot coverage in excess of the maximum 2% allowed. Zoned RA-2. Tax account no. 191.03-1-1.1.
